I have worked with athletes of all ages – from 5 years to veteran – and sports – from rugby to hurdling and am aware of the importance of working with the individual to achieve their specific needs. During a sports development programme, the athlete’s fitness concerns will be discussed and an appropriate and progressive programme will be set. Regular one-to-one training sessions will be delivered, working on required components of fitness, such as muscular power, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility and stamina.
